This nutritional guide is set up to help you lose weight but also maintain the weight loss. It will teach you how to incorporate good nutrition into your everyday lifestyle. It is not a FAD diet that you cannot maintain but a program that will get you results while eating foods that you love. Countless hours of research and adjustments have gone into this nutritional plan. It is a one of a kind plan that will allow you to eat all the food groups you like, have “cheat meals” each week and still see results. Don’t be mistaken there are guidelines to follow and cooking modifications that you will have to make but my goal is to teach you how to eat within your natural cooking style.
Three times a week you will train with me Jared Fleurent. Having a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and 17+ years of experience I know how the body works. Using a science based approach to create each workout program for maximum results all while making you move and feel better.
This is not a cookie cutter program, it is not a one size fits all. All training programs are specifically designed with functionality and lifestyle in mind. I want to make sure you move and feel better every day outside of the gym while getting the results you want.
My Goal is to teach you how to work out safely and effectively. Throughout the six weeks you will also understand how to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle. This way you can take what you have learned and continue a healthy lifestyle.
