Do I need a personal trainer?
At Sault Fitness we will be able to identify strengths and weaknesses throughout your movement patterns and posture. Creating a routine to not only meet your goals but better your overall functionality and mobility to help you in everyday life.

During this time we are able to social distance with 1800 ft.² we have plenty of room for one on one training to keep our distance and keep everything clean. We ask every client to wash or sanitize their hands after entering the building as well as before they leave. As we know handwashing is one of the biggest defenses against this disease. We have plenty of hand sanitizer for your use. All equipment is disinfected in between each and every training session. Group trainings are limited to 4 individuals. Each having a 12-foot space in between each person to work out in.
